A Very Cute Mauling

I figured out why puppies are so cute. It's because their behavior is so bad that no rational human being would keep them around for long if they weren't. He looks so innocent when he's walking around with your chewed up cell phone! And when he squats to go to the bathroom on your rug like that he looks just like a super soft fuzzy teddy bear! Their cuteness is evolutionary, except it's not survival of the fittest, it's survival of the most squeezable. I was puppy sitting for one of my friends once and my roommate said something about how the the dog would never survive in the wild. I pointed out that neither would he. We were all fast friends again after that.
