You're Good at Blogging

I'm on LinkedIn. I am unsure if it has ever provided any value to my life since it's never helped me find a job. One aspect of the site is that people can "endorse" you for certain skills. Things like "online marketing," "project management," and "search engine optimization." The bulk of my endorsements have been for "blogging," and while I appreciate anyone offering kind words for my work, someone saying you're good at blogging is kind of like someone saying you're good at "turning a computer on" or "sitting still for five minutes" or "typing random thoughts into the Internet." But as far as LinkedIn goes, this is the most it has to offer me. I try not to think about it too much, since then I'd be forced to ponder what value other social networks add to my life.
