Fly Fish Plan

I've decided to rededicate myself to the craft of fly fishing. In other words, I'm going to rededicate myself to standing in waist-deep water and taking periodic sips of bourbon out of a flask. I've never been much of a fisherman, but I enjoy being out in nature and having something to occupy my time while I'm there. I just wish they'd let me fish without a license until I managed to catch a fish. I'm seldom successful at catching fish, and I've never kept anything I catch. I'm happy to donate money to the cause of preserving these streams, I just don't like that they call it a license since it makes me feel like I haven't gotten my money's worth since I never catch anything.
