Not Knowing What You Don't Know

I was watching TV the other day and discovered that the guy who works at the restaurant down the street is a rather famous competitive eater. It was one of those strange moments where you learn something and then instead of being grateful for the learning, you can only think about how many things there are in the world that you don't know. And you'll never have any idea just how many things you don't and will never know, the secret lives of restaurant workers among them. If anyone else I know is famous I hope they'll just tell me next time I see them.
